1、Fan manufacturing process
Fan outer cylinder:Steel plate cutting (shearing machine or plasma cutting machine), drum forming (three core drum machine), automatic welding (CNC welding machine), spinning forming (automatic spinning machine), flange and cylinder integral forming, compared to traditional processes (angle steel ring and cylinder welding), has obvious advantages such as beautiful appearance, firm structure, and good conductivity.
Fan impeller:The forming of components such as blades and wheels is entirely done using the molding process, which is welded by a CNC welding machine and assembled on an assembly line. The dimensions are accurate and the appearance is beautiful. The hard support dynamic balancing machine produced by the Sino German joint venture Shanghai Testing Machine Factory is used for calibration. The entire calibration process is controlled by a computer, with high impeller balance accuracy (up to ISO2.5 level) and stable operation.
Fiberglass fan:All components such as impellers, air ducts, and hoods are made of imported gel coated resin film, high-quality resin, and fiber cloth through scientifically proportioned molding, with characteristics such as light weight, high strength, flame retardancy, and corrosion resistance.
2、Fan manufacturing quality
Inspection of materials before entering the factory:
There is a complete set of "material warehousing inspection standards", and all materials undergo strict inspection before entering the warehouse.
Key component inspection:
1.The designated steel plate is hot-rolled steel plate produced by Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Group, and the seller must provide Baoshan Iron and Steel Group's quality inspection report;
2.Before entering the warehouse, the motor must undergo noise, vibration, and current tests to meet international and corporate requirements;
3.Before the assembly of the impeller, the first line undergoes static balance testing and adjustment to ensure that the static balance of the impeller meets international and enterprise requirements. Then, the impeller is tested and adjusted on a dynamic balance machine to ensure that the dynamic balance of the impeller meets international and enterprise requirements. Impellers that cannot be adjusted must be scrapped.
Inspection of finished products before storage:
Each fan must undergo the following tests before being released for storage:;
Appearance inspection:Clean appearance, intact and undamaged paint;
Operation inspection:Under normal load, the operating time is greater than 30 minutes without any abnormalities;
Vibration detection: During operation, use a vibration meter to detect the vibration speed of the entire machine, which should not exceed international and enterprise standards;
Noise detection:Conduct noise calibration for fans according to international standards, and the noise value is less than international and enterprise requirements;
Overspeed test:Use an overspeed testing machine to conduct an overspeed test on the engine, and operate for more than 10 minutes at a speed exceeding 20% of the rated speed;
Whole machine running current detection:Under normal load, the current passing through the motor during operation is detected. If the current exceeds the standard requirements, the motor configuration needs to be changed.
Pneumatic performance type test of fan:
According to GB1236 "Methods for Testing the Aerodynamic Performance of Ventilation Fans", comprehensive performance sampling tests are conducted on the company's air duct and air chamber test devices using advanced testing and detection instruments on the factory fans in batches. All new products and derivative products of standard products designed and developed by the company must undergo testing in the pneumatic performance laboratory and provide test reports. Only those whose performance indicators meet the design requirements can be put into formal production.
