    In industries such as power plants and textiles, various large axial flow fans are widely used, but there is a common problem of mismatched performance parameters and operating conditions, resulting in high power consumption and high noise due to high air volume. In order to save energy consumption and reduce noise, our factory has applied advanced CAD system software and developed DFZ large air conditioning fans through multi-objective optimization design. After performance tests in multiple factories, the operation effect is good, The noise is 10dB (A) lower than the old model, saving more than 20% energy, and the fan efficiency is greater than 80%. The efficiency curve is flat, with characteristics such as low power consumption, low noise, stable operation, and long service life.
